Kitchen Discos are about having a good time and enjoying the moment! I wanted to capture the light-heartedness and joy of a kitchen disco in a fitness class.
When you come along, you'll shed the seriousness of everyday life...No faff, just fun for everyone!

What you'll do at a Kitchen Disco Fit Class
1) You'll hear good music (pop, dance, rock, drum & bass...requests taken!)
2) You'll follow simple exercise and dance moves (No rapid direction changes or fancy footwork)
3) You can get sweaty or not...Join in at your own level with high and low impact options (depending on how you feel, your fitness, just boogie along to your own beat!)
4) You'll smile and feel chuffed that you came along to have a dance. Job done!


About Me
I'm Laura and I've been told by my children that I'm a bit 'zesty', which I'm owning because...
- I have a lot of energy and enthusiasm for what I love
- I love music, moving and dancing - and how it makes us feel!
- After years of enjoying music and exercise in various forms and being inspired by amazing instructors, I now am one!
I qualified as a fitness instructor in 2024 because I want everyone to enjoy moving and to feel good. 100% Happiness and 0% Judgement!

1) I work as a teaching assistant in a reception class
2) I've fallen out of a festival toilet backwards
3) I over-think EVERYTHING
4) I love sunsets and sunshine
5) I don't have a bucket-list (as I definitely have too many lists already) instead I just make myself do scary and exciting things
